CoreMorrow piezo clamp/piezo wire clamp is a very suitable tool for clamping and releasing micrometer leads. It can clamp and release micrometer gold wire, copper wire, silver wire, etc. CoreMorrow piezo clamp is driven by piezo ceramic stacks and adopts flexible hinge mechanical amplification structure, which has the characteristics of high resolution, fast response speed and no friction. With the continuous iteration of technology, CoreMorrow has developed and designed a new type of piezo clamp with large load characteristics - XD002.250K shown in the following figure. As you can see from the figure, the clamping mouth of this type of piezo clamp/wire clamp is large, which can grip cylindrical metal parts, and the load is larger than previous products. The mechanism amplification device on both sides makes the displacement of this clamp larger.
