N60 series piezoelectric nanopositioning stage is a one-dimensional X-axis piezoelectric translation stage. The built-in high-performance piezoelectric ceramic can achieve displacement of up to 30μm on the X axis. The principle of excellent mechanism amplification makes it high motion linearity, and open-loop and closed-loop are available. The N60 stage is compact with dimensions of 28×28×12.5mm and easy to integrate, making it an ideal choice for small-volume, high-precision, one-dimensional precision positioning.
