XD302 serie is open-loop 2-dimensional θX, θY motion piezoelectric fast steering mirror which is designed for high dynamic applications. The unload resonant frequency is up to 15kHz, and the small size is suitable for space-limited applications.

XD302 is suitable for various optical path adjustments such as rapid scanning of laser processing and stable laser light path.
2 model versions
XD302 series have two models: XD302-D1 and XD302-D2. The displacements of the two models are 3mrad and 1.5mrad, respectively, and the no-load resonance frequency of both versions is up to 15kHz. Moreover, their volume is very compact, the outer diameter is only 15.6mm, the height is 30mm, 21mm.
