Automatic cell imaging system can easily realize the imaging and biological analysis of low-density cells and tissues in well plates, including: cell counting, label-free cell counting, and neurite tracking. Through the integrated design of photoelectricity, on the basis of the existing biological microscope, functional modules such as high-speed slice loading, continuous scanning motion imaging, adaptive continuous focusing, and fluorescent multi-spectral molecular imaging are added.
Among them, the adaptive continuous focusing is completed by the CoreMorrow P72 series piezoelectric objective scanner system. The piezoelectric objective scanner system can achieve focusing range of 100μm, resolution of 2.5nm, and fast focusing with lens to complete automatic cell imaging.
P72 series piezoelectric objective scanner adopts the design of flexible hinge parallel guide mechanism without backlash. The compensation amount of the objective lens is small, and it has high focusing stability. It can be used with a variety of high-resolution microscopes.
