The combination of linear piezo actuator and two-dimensional hand modulation frame achieves θx and θy deflection, and the piezo actuator has the advantages of high precision and fast response, and can be adjusted by voltage control for ultra-fast (μs level) step adjustment, which can meet the large angle adjustment range and rapid optical phase shift. And it has a small size for easy operation.
ZT35H80K Piezo Phase Shifter
ZT35H80K piezo phase shifter is driven by piezo tubes by DC voltage signal and has displacement of about 0.7 μm@150 V. Under the max driving voltage 800V, the displacement can be up to 3.73 μm. The manually deflection angle of θx, θy can be up to ±4°. Standard loadable lens diameter is φ35mm, which can be customized.

T30Z1K piezo phase shifter is driven by piezo tubes by DC voltage signal and has displacement of about 0.65 μm@150 V. The deflection angle of the θx and θy can be manually adjusted, and the angle adjustment range can be up to ±3°. The combination of lens adjustment and image moving makes it smaller and more compact, making it more convenient for applications such as image moving and interferometry.

ZT50M14 Piezo Actuator
The ZT50M14 piezoelectric actuator is designed for optical cage applications and can be installed directly in the cage structure. It integrates the piezoelectric actuator into a hand-adjusted lens regulator. First, the orientation of the lens is manually adjusted by the two-dimensional mount, the adjustment range is ±3°, and then the linear movement with nanometer precision is carried out by the piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator has a variety of models and can be selected among various displacements. Maximum travel range up to 114μm with optional closed-loop sensor.
