H80K1T35 features manual deflection and piezo-drive linear motion. The linear displacement is controlled by DC voltage signal and has displacement of about 0.7 μm@150 V, which can be used for fast step phase shifting applications. Max of driving voltage is 800V, and the displacement is ~3.73 μm. H80K1T35-B is designed for image shifting applications and can be ultrafast (μs-level) step-bystep adjustment by voltage control. At the same time, the angle of θx, θy deflection can be adjusted manually with deflection range up to ±4°.
