H80K1T35 features manual deflection and piezo-drive linear motion. The linear displacement is controlled by DC voltage signal and has displacement of about 0.7 μm@150 V, which can be used for fast step phase shifting applications. Max of driving voltage is 800V, and the displacement is ~3.73 μm. H80K1T35-B is designed for image shifting applications and can be ultrafast (μs-level) step-bystep adjustment by voltage control. At the same time, the angle of θx, θy deflection can be adjusted manually with deflection range up to ±4°.
The H80K1 integrated mirror mounts piezo actuator has two models to choose from, namely H80K1T25 (standard lens diameter of 25.4mm) and H80K1T35 (standard lens diameter of 35mm). It is driven internally by piezo ceramic tubes and can be controlled through DC voltage signals, and has displacement of about 0.7μm@150V, which can be used for fast step phase shifting applications.
It is designed for image shifting applications and can realize ultrafast(μs-level) step-by-step adjustment by voltage control. At the same time, the angle of θx, θy deflection can be adjusted manually with deflection range up to ±4°. Combining lens adjustment with image shift stepping makes it more convenient for applications such as image shift and interferometry.
