CoreMorrow piezo nanoprobe stage has a central probe and equipped with 4 nanoprobe modules, as the following figure shows.
The central probe stage can carry out XYZ three-axis motion, XY motion travel ≥ 20mm, Z motion travel ≥ 20μm. It can be used in low temperature vacuum environment, with the temperature range from 0℃ to 60℃ and vacuum 10^-4Pa. The four probe modules can perform XYZ linear motion and R rotation, XY stroke ≥ 5mm, Z stroke ≥ 0.5mm, R rotation of the probe up to 180°.
