The M14 Piezoelectric actuator is designed for optical cage applications and can be installed directly in the cage structure. The M14 Piezoelectric actuator integrates the piezoelectric actuator into a hand-adjusted two-dimensional lens regulator, wherein the lens can be pasted on the surface of the lens holder at the moving end of the piezoelectric actuator. First, the orientation of the lens is adjusted manually by the two-dimensional lens adjusting frame, and then the linear piezoelectric actuator is controlled by the electrical signal to make the linear motion with nanometer precision. The piezoelectric actuator has a variety of models and can be selected among various displacements.
