N61 Piezo Motor Driven Rotation

N61 piezo motor is a piezo motor direct-driven by piezo ceramics. It uses special mechanical structure design to convert linear microdisplacement by piezo ceramics into macro-angle rotation motion of mechanical platform.

It has 360° rotary motion and has ultra-high rotation resolution. It is small in size and compact in structure, very suitable for integration. With E53.C piezo controller, and it can be operated by PC software, which is more convenient.
