With the improvement of control system integration and the limitation of application space, the demand for miniaturization is gradually increasing. In response to the miniaturization needs of users, CoreMorrow has designed E53.B1S-I series small-sized piezo controller with small size and light weight.
E53.B1S-I is a servo controller specially designed for industrial applications, featuring small size, light weight, single-channel, servo control. It adopts analog input signal for control, which can realize closed-loop control of one-dimensional piezo actuator. It not only meets the high volume requirements in restricted applications, but also provides routine parametric performance.

Small Size PZT Servo Controller
The volume of E53.B1S-I piezo controller is only 64mm×59mm×23.5mm, and a complete servo system is integrated in it, which includes servo analog control circuit, signal processing and power amplification circuit, etc., which can realize the servo control. For example: piezo stacks, piezo actuators, piezo stages, etc.
Low Power Consumption
The static power consumption of E53.B1S-I is less than 2.4W, which is suitable for application systems with limited power requirements. It realizes servo control and also achieves lower power consumption.
Shell Heat Dissipation
E53.B1S-I adopts the shell heat dissipation method, which can directly dissipate heat to the shell through the system fan, or install and fix it on the metal shell to dissipate heat through heat conduction.
