Piezo Fiber Stretcher
CoreMorrow N01 Piezo Optical Fiber Stretcher is a piezo-drive motion mechanism specially designed for optical fiber stretching applications. When voltage is applied to piezo ceramic, the piezo ceramic deforms, pushing the mechanical hinge structure to expand deformation, so that the optical fiber wound in the groove of the outer diameter edge is stretched.
Piezo Stack
The voltage is applied to the piezo stacks, the piezo stacks undergoes elongation deformation in the polarization direction, and the elongation is about 1.5 ‰. The fiber can be attached to the piezo stack surface or termination piece at both ends of it (depending on the specific application requirements). When the piezo stack is displaced, the fiber will be stretched uniformly.
Cylinder Piezo Ceramic
The cylinder piezo ceramic is single-layer piezo ceramic, the polarization direction is radial, the inner and outer surface of the electrode, the inner surface is a positive electrode, and the outer surface is a negative electrode. When voltage is applied to cylinder piezoe ceramic, it will be displaced in the polarization direction, so that the optical fiber wound around the outer surface can be stretched.
Direct-driving fiber stretcher
It winds the optical fiber between the fixed end and the moving end. The piezo stack is connected to the control end through voltage connector. When control voltage signal is applied to the piezo stack, it deforms and elongates, thereby pushing the moving end to move, increase the distance between the moving end and the fixed end, so as to stretch the optical fiber.
