P35A.T35 is a 2-axis piezo tip/tilt platform with large angle, high precision and high frequency, which can produce θx, θy deflection. It has ±18.5mrad tilt angle, 2kHz unloaded resonance frequency, and 0.025%F.S. closed-loop repeatability with optional closed-loop sensor. It’s square body was designed for maximizing the physical space and easy integration, very suitable for high-precision large stroke angle of fast deflection applications.
