N25.T6K is a piezo motor driven tilt stage with compact body and large stroke. It is an open loop piezo motor driven by piezo ceramics, using a special mechanical structure design to convert the linear displacement generated by piezo ceramics can into angular motion. It can produce θx, θy deflection with ±3°/ axis, max. 25mrad/s speed, and vacuum compatible. It has a small size and weighs only 40g. It can achieve high-density integration, providing a high-quality solution for space-constrained system integration, and has significant advantages in the development of precision positioning systems that tend to be miniaturized and lightweight.

Recommend Controller
E53.C4K piezo controller is ideal for driving N25.T6K stage. It has 4 output channels, which can drive 2 N25.T6K piezostage. It apllies 24VDC/1A power supply, and controls through the upper computer software. It has a compact body and very easily to be integrated, which can be connected with the tilt stage through the network port.
