CoreMorrow linear piezo motor adopts the stick-slip principle to achieve millimeter travel stroke and nanometer positioning accuracy. It has the advantages of small size, large stroke, high precision and fast positioning. The closed-loop servo sensor is optional inside to achieve accurate positioning.
N55 piezo motor is a new product of small volume piezo motor with 21mm travel range, 5mm/s speed, 5nm resolution, 0.5kg load, and 21g weight. It has self-locking function at rest and a compact structure with overall size of 32×17×10mm^3, which is very easy to integrate. The product is shown in the following figure.
