S34 piezo tip/tilt stage is designed with a frictionless flexible hinge parallel guiding structure, and the external mechanical structure realizes single-axis or multi-angle deflection movement through the expansion of the piezo ceramics inside. The deflection angle is small, and the motion accuracy and stability are very high.The built-in high-precision sensor is used for closed-loop control to achieve sub-micro radian resolution and micro radian positioning.
The previous S34 products mainly cylindrical large load and high dynamic application design, but this time we made an innovation and launched a square model S34.U0KF-B1. This type of piezo tip/tilt stage can carry out θx deflection range up to 0.108mrad. Its unloaded resonant frequency can be up to 9kHz, resonant frequency to 2.7kHz @200g load, and its load capacity is 1kg. It can be used in vacuum environment and equipped with aviation connectors. It is a large load, high frequency, high precision piezo tip/tilt stage as the following figure shown.
