P35A.U1S/K θx Large Load Piezo Tip/Tilt Platform, 45°Inclined Mounting!

CoreMorrow P35A.U1S/K is a θx-direction piezo tip/tilt platform with large load and high frequency. Its deflection angle can be up to 1.5mrad, resolution can up to 0.1μrad. Its special structural design makes it outstanding in carrying capacity which is up to 1kg, and higher frequency up to 550Hz with a 350g load.

The P35A.U1S/K piezo tip/tilt platform can be equipped with a closed-loop sensor. Under closed-loop condition, the curve between the drive control voltage and the actual deflection angle is shown in the following figure.

The P35A.U1S/K piezo tip/tilt platform is mounted in the side, and it is designed for installation at a 45°angle and can carry 1kg load. 


High Resonant Frequency



The experimental results show that the no-load resonance frequency of P35A.U1S/K piezo tip/tilt platform is greater than 5000Hz, and the resonant frequency of 350g piezo tip/tilt platform can be up to 550Hz.

Closed-loop Fast Step



P35A.U1S piezo tip/tilt platform 200μrad angle step time can be up to 2.5ms. It can be adjusted according to the user's needs before delivery.
