The preloaded piezoelectric ceramic actuator is a combination of stacked piezoelectric ceramics and flexible hinge support and housing. It has the characteristics of small size, high displacement resolution and fast response speed. It is very suitable for machine tools, active vibration insulation, adaptive mechanics, scanning microscopy, laser tuning and other applications. Because the external shell compensates for the shortcomings of stacked piezoelectric ceramics that can not withstand the tension, the preloaded piezoelectric ceramic actuators are more stable and more suitable for other special environments. Now we introduce a series of preloaded piezo ceramic actuators with small volume, high temperature resistance and high output provided by CoreMorrow. It uses the principle of piezoelectric longitudinal effect to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy such as displacement or force.
