P70.Z200 piezoelectric scanner is a Z-motion scanner with small volume, large stroke and large load. It adopts the mechanism amplification principle with frictionless flexible hinge guide mechanism driven by high reliability piezoelectric ceramic built-in. It has a central through hole which can drive the objective lens or sample to achieve nano-precision Z-direction lifting movement with travel range up to 200μm and bearing load up to 500g. The built-in sensor is connected through the full bridge mode, without drift, and can achieve accurate positioning in the nanometer range, closed-loop resolution of 6nm, repeated positioning accuracy of 0.02%F.S. The products are widely used in microscopic imaging, optical detection, biotechnology, image processing and other fields.

Easy Load Installation

P70.Z200 piezo scanner is equipped with a load thread hole in the central part to facilitate the installation of loads such as objectives or samples, with a maximum load capacity of 500g. Standard load adapts thread W0.8×1/36 ", thread size can be customized according to different needs of users.

Closed -loop Fast Step

The closed-loop no-load step time of the P70.Z200 piezo scanner is 20ms, and the step time can be up to 30ms with 200g load, and the response speed is fast.
