The N81K13T116 piezo mirror mount is specially designed for automatic angular deflection of large reflecting mirror. It has two linear actuators for two-dimensional θx, θy deflection of the mirror. Special model versions can be customized according to customer requirements (such as the C1 version not equipped with a reflector and adding a carrier disc).
