The XD770.300S piezo nanopositioning platform is a Z axis motion platform, with a travel range of 300μm and a load of up 5kg. It realizes the double improvement of travel range and load capacity, and provides a high-quality solution for applications with large travel and large load at the same time. Work with CoreMorrow piezo controller, to realize high resolution, fast response.
Equipped with Closed-loop Sensor, Higher Accuracy
The piezo nano-positioning platform is equipped with a closed-loop sensor, which can reflect the accurate position of the electric signal feedback, and make real-time adjustment of the motion position of the piezo nano-positioning platform, to provide higher accuracy. The measured results show that its linearity can be up to 0.08%F.S. and repeated positioning accuracy can be up to 0.02%F.S.
