XD107 piezo scanner adopts mechanism amplification driving principle, with high performance piezo ceramics and frictionless flexible hinge guiding mechanism built in, can achieves XY direction 100μm/axis and Z direction 80μm displacement. It has specially high control accuracy and nanometer level resolution and stability, and its positioning response time up to ms level. The piezo scanner can be equipped with closed-loop sensors according to application requirements to obtain higher accuracy.
Characteristics
•XYZ motion • Travel up to 100μm • Load capacity to 0.4kg • Aperture of 50×50mm
The connectors of the piezo scanner was divided into two groups, with three connectors in each group , one group is used for voltage drive signal, the other group for sensor feedback signal. The connector configuration depends on the connector type of the piezo controller. The connectors of XD107 series are designed to match CoreMorrow E00/E01 series controllers (as the figure below). If you use other piezo controllers, the connectors can be replaced correspondingly.
Voltage vs Displacement Curve
The following figure shows the XY driving voltage and displacement curve of XD107 piezo scanner.
