Introduction of Piezo Controller
Functions: Power indicator: light up when it is working normally. Sensor monitor: used to monitor the tilt angle status of piezo tilt platform. It could be connected with a multimeter or an oscilloscope to observe the movement as required. If not, it can be disconnected. Target indicator: the indicator is off after the system in closed-loop state, and the open-loop status indicator is always on. Analog input: In analog control mode, input 0~10V control signal. 1 and 2 correspond to θx and θy axes, the output voltage of 3 is a constant voltage, and the interface does not need to input a voltage signal. Zero adjustment: used for calibration zero adjustment. 1 and 2 correspond to the control channels of θx and θy axes respectively, and 3rd channel is constant voltage and do not need to be adjusted. Generally, it has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
Piezo tilt platform connector interface: connect piezo tilt platform. Over-current indicator: when the product has a short circuit or an over-current condition, the red light is always on 1, 2, and 3 correspond to the three channels of piezo controller respectively.
Functions:USB interface and RS-232/422 serial ports: they are could be choosen to connect to computer, so as to use software to control the piezo system. The analog control method does not need to be connected. Control signal switch: used for switching between 1 to 3 channels of analog control mode and digital control mode, A is analog control, that is to provide signal control to the piezo controller through an external analog signal source; M is digital control, that is the software control. Non-servo/servo switch: used to switch the control state of system 1 to 3 channels, ON is servo state, OFF is non-servo state, M is software operation to set non-servo or servo state. Power interface: connect with 24V DC power supply. Power switch: the main power switch of the piezo controller.
Introduction of Piezo Tilt Platform
The piezo tilt platform and connector as below:
Piezo tilt platform adopts the principle of constant voltage differential drive. Through the push and pull method of the internal piezo actuator, the moving surface of the front end of platform, so as to realize the adjustment of the angle.
In the process of installing the piezo tilt platform, please pay attention: the hinge part cannot be mechanically clamped, nor can it be bonded with adhesives such as glue, these operations will hinder the deflection movement of the platform, and even damage to the product may result! ! !
The connection between piezo tilt platform and piezo controller is very simple. The connectors of each functional interface are in one-to-one correspondence. Usually, the non-corresponding functional interface cannot be inserted.
First, connect platform connector to the interface of piezo controller; when connecting, please pay attention to insert the red dot mark on the connector upwards.
Then, according to the choice of the control method: if the analog control method is adopted, use the matching analog signal connecting line to connect the piezo controller with the external analog signal source.
If it is controlled by digital software control, use the matching USB cable or serial cable to connect the piezo controller to the computer.
Note: For digital control, connect either the USB cable or the serial cable.
The product is also equipped with a sensor monitoring cable, which can be used to detect the state of piezo tilt platform, and can be connected and used according to the needs of use. The sensor monitor is equipped with a black clip and three red clips, the black clip is GND, and the red clip corresponds to the CH1-CH3.
Finally, connect the power interface and turn on the power switch to use.
Piezo tilt platform: 1. Please do not knock and bump piezo tilt platform;
2. It is strictly forbidden to clamp the hinge movement structure during installation and fixation;
3. The load lens should be within the specified size and weight range. Piezo controller:1. The wire connection is correct and standardized;
2. Do not touch any exposed end of the product and its accessories;
3. There is high voltage inside, do not open it without permission;
4. Do not plug or unplug the input, output, and sensor cables with power on;
5. Please keep the surface of the product clean and dry, and do not operate in a humid or static environment;
6. After use, before turning off the controller switch, the output voltage should be cleared zero and the servo state should be switched to the open-loop state.
7. The housing of the controller needs to be dissipated. Please keep the air circulation on both sides during installation.
