Components and functions
The solution consists of piezoelectric objective scanner, high-precision XY-axis motorized stage and corresponding controller. The function of the piezoelectric objective scanner is to perform rapid focus adjustment in the Z direction, and its resolution can reach nanometers. The function of high-precision two-dimensional motorized stage is to increase the adjustment range of the sample in the XY direction, up to one hundred millimeters.
Piezo Objective Scanner
The piezoelectric objective scanner is connected to the lens through a thread adapter, and the thread can be arbitrarily selected. It can be adapted to a variety of standard lenses such as Olympus Olympus, Zeiss Zeiss, Nikon Nikon, Leica Leica, and can be customized.
The optional travel range of piezo objective scanner is 75μm, 100μm, 200μm, 500μm, 1000μm, etc., the resolution can be as high as 2.5nm, and the load ranges from 0.2kg to 1.5kg. It is driven by piezoelectric, and the response speed is up to 5ms, which meets the requirements of fast focusing.The built-in sensor can be selected to make it have high linearity and repeatability.
XY-axis Motorized Stage
The high-precision XY-axis motorized stage is driven by linear/servo motor. The stroke can reach 150mm×100mm, the adjustment speed can reach 300mm/s, and acceleration can reach 1000mm/s2, the resolution can reach 0.1μm, and the load can reach 3kg. It is made of industrial-grade flame-retardant shell, precision-processed aluminum alloy substrate, high-precision ball guide rail and other materials. Optional built-in high-precision sensor for closed-loop micron-level positioning control. And also could be controlled by software and handle.
In addition, CoreMorrow XY piezoelectric nanopositioning stage can also be selected to provide higher scanning accuracy.
