P12 is 1~3 axes nanopositioning stage. The aperture diameter could be selected as 25mm or 35mm, which is suitable for applications such as microscopy. The piezo nanopositioning stage could realize single-axis displacement of 300μm. Integrated structure makes multi-dimensional motion uncoupled and could be selected in various specifications to meet the needs of different applications.

P12 is 1~3 axes linear piezo scanner, including X, Z, XY, XZ, XYZ and other specifications. The aperture is 25mm or 35mm.
Small Size, Large Stroke
P12 adopts amplified mechanism, ultra-small volume shape, and could achieve scanning range up to 300μm, aperture could be selected 25mm or 35mm.
P12 is optimized by FEA finite element analysis and has the advantages of zero friction, ultra-high guiding precision.
It has built-in high-reliability PZT to ensure the reliability and stability of the scanner.
Settling Time
The figure shows the closed-loop stabilization time of P12.X100S load 125g reaching full stroke for about 20ms.
