CoreMorrow Piezo Tip/Tilt Stage


XD505.T0S is a large-load two-axes tip/tilt stage designed by CoreMorrow, which can produce θx andθy two axis deflection. Its max load capacity can be up to 20kg. It can carry out high dynamic and high precision motion with load. If configured with closed-loop sensor, its resolution can be up to 0.01μrad. The size is 140×140×40mm^3, with a 60×60mm^2 aperture, which is very suitable for transmitted light applications. The physical appearance is shown as below.
