CoreMorrow piezo mounts are usually driven by two piezo screws to actuate the two-axis deflection, and the two axes share the same centre. By applying voltage, the two piezo screws produce linear motion respectively to control the deflection angle and direction of the corresponding axis, so as to adjust the position and direction of the lens.
Through the continuous in-depth research and development, CoreMorrow bring you a small volume piezo ceramic driven two-axis deflection mirror mount N71.T4K-B1. This type of piezo mounts are different from the conventional type. The built-in piezo ceramic drive replaces the piezo screw drive, making its volume more compact. The appearance is shown as below.
N71.T4K-B1 has two linear actuating points, which can adjust the two-axis θx and θy deflection motion with loaded optical devices, the resolution can be up to 2μrad, the adjustment angle can be up to ±2°, the speed can be up to 2°/s, and the power can be self-locked. The diameter of the mechanism clamping lens is φ25.4mm, which is suitable for carrying φ25.4mm and φ25mm optical devices. Due to its advantages of good stability, high precision and fast speed, it is an ideal device choice for accurate alignment and optical adjustment.

Recommended Controller
CoreMorrow E53.D1E piezo controller is very suitable for driving the N71.T4K-B1 piezo mount, it is a single channel piezo controller, using digital control, can be closed loop servo or open loop control. With small size and compact structure, it is very easy to integrate.
