P18 1~3 axes piezo linear scanner adopts amplified mechanism and built-in high-reliability piezo actuators, which could realize highspeed scanning up to 375μm. The aperture is Ø35mm, and various displacements and specifications are available for selection. It is suitable for long-travel multi-dimensional scanning applications.

  Place and install the PZT platform vertically, with the moving surface parallel to the direction of gravity 
PS:There are multiple vertical installation methods, and the technical data corresponds to the minimum load capacity

  Place the PZT platform horizontally, but the moving surface is located below the PZT platform
