N61.K20H piezo motor is an open loop version piezo motor direct-driven by piezo actuators. It uses special mechanical structure design to convert linear micro displacement by piezo actuators into macro-angle rotation motion of mechanical platform. It has 360° rotary motion and has an ultra-high rotation resolution of 10μrad.
