The N55.X20 series linear piezo motor stage can achieve a displacement of 21mm in the X direction. Through piezo stick-slip micro-drive technology, the micro-deformation generated by piezo actuator is converted into a linear millimeter-level stroke. This piezo motor stage is small in size and compact in structure, with dimensions of only 32×17×10mm^3, making it very easy to integrate into precision equipment. Both open and closed-loop versions are available. The closed-loop version is equipped with a built-in grating sensor, which can provide real-time feedback on displacement information and achieve high-precision positioning.
