
The E80.D12S-I Multi-channel Piezo Controller is designed for driving piezo deflection mirrors. It can drive 4 piezoelectric deflection mirrors at
the same time, with a bandwidth of up to 5kHz. E80.D12S is digitally controlled by the upper computer with servo control function.
