E80.D3S-P Multi-channel Piezo Controller is designed for driving Piezo Tip/Tilt Platform with 3 channels output that contains one constant voltage output, which is very suitable for differential drive. The controller has the function of sensor monitor that can output sensor voltage signal that feedbacks the travel of PZT, which can achieve high-precision control of the platform.The controller can meet many strict environmental tests, such as electromagnetic compatibility tests (CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, RE102, RS103), mechanical impact tests (gravity acceleration of 20g), and 22.6kPa low pressure tests (absolute value).
