
E00.D5K01 chassis-type piezo controller is designed with 5 channels output that the 5th channel constant outputs 150V, it can be controlled by analog or digital signals. It can achieve real-time communication with the upper computer through RS-232/422 interface, LAN port, and supports secondary development of upper computer software. Its peak current is up to 1A, and bandwidth(-3dB) up to 10kHz.
