    The S54.T1S/K-C is a high-precision piezo tip/tilt stage moving in θx and θy, and travel up to 2mrad. Its design adopts a frictionless flexible hinge structure, ensuring rapid response times and superior positioning accuracy. The closed-loop version with sensors achieves the accuracy of ±0.011%F.S., making it suitable for high-precision applications. It also features a 110mm×80mm aperture, suitable for transmissive light applications.
