P66.X5K is a high-resolution piezo nanopositioning stage. This product is directly driven by piezo actuators, and can achieve a displacement of 4.7μm in the X direction. When installed horizontally, its load capacity can reach 2kg. It has small size and compact structure, and the dimensions are only 85×70×15.5mm^3, which is suitable for use in spaces with limited volume. The resolution of P66.X5K can reach 0.2nm and the step time can reach 1 millisecond. It is suitable for high-precision and rapid response applications.
