The N82K16T25 is a 2-axis deflection mirror mount, it is a combination of two linear piezo actuators combined with manual coarse adjustment and piezo fine adjustment to achieve high-precision angle adjustment of the lens. Macro coarse adjustment is realized through the high-precision micro-thread on the external case by manually rotating the knurled part, and macro adjustment Angle up to ±4°/ axis. The macro adjustment is equipped with locking nuts, which can lock the position of macro adjustment. The piezo fine-tuning part is driven by PZT piezo actuator, and it can achieve precise motion under voltage control. The micro-adjusting angle can be to 0.5mrad/axis (≈103 seconds). Large stroke adjustment can be achieved by manual adjustment, and then nano-level displacement and accuracy can be achieved by piezo adjustment, which is widely used in large stroke and high-precision applications.
