In practical applications, higher resolution images are often required. Therefore, how to use the CCD image sensor under the current technological level to obtain higher resolution has become a key issue. At present, more effective method is to record multiple images by using small relative displacement between the imaging of the subject and CCD image sensor, and then use the original images collected multiple times to synthesize high-resolution images.
The actual imaging system involves many aspects such as light, electricity, machinery and arithmetic. The system composition is shown in the figure below:

P17.XY15 is XY-axis piezo stage. Piezo stack direct drive mechanism is designed with XY-axis integrated structure. The size of the central elliptical through hole is 25×27.5mm. The product is small in size and stable in performance. P17.XY15 is open-loop version with good dynamics and is suitable for dynamic scanning applications.
