One of the main causes of satellite anomalies is the disturbance of the space environment. The design of satellite engineering needs to understand and master the impact of the space environment and its effects on the satellite, and analyze and study the correlation between the satellite environment of anomalies / faults and disturbances. In satellite design, the normative procedures of space environment engineering design should be incorporated into the satellite In the technical process and planning process of engineering design, relevant measures are taken to limit or mitigate the harm of the disturbed space environment to satellites. In response, CoreMorrow designed a variety of two-dimensional space disturbance simulation systems to simulate two-dimensional space shock.
In the following, CoreMorrow N50 series Piezo Tip/Tilt Stage will be taken as an example.
N50 piezo tip/tilt stage is a two-dimensional motion deflection stage that can perform deflection and rotation in two axes of θx and θz. Its deflection angle is ≥0.4mrad. Due to the large quality of the optical communication terminal, the static carrying capacity of the N50 series is designed to reach 60kg.
Feature
Active axis: θx (yaw), θz (rotation)
Tilt angle: ≥0.4mrad
Load capacity: 60kg
θx vibration frequency (with load 20kg): 1 ~ 500Hz
θz vibration frequency (with load 20kg): 1 ~ 210Hz
