CoreMorrow P34.T4S/K-C piezo tip/tilt stage is an advanced beam control device specially designed for high-precision optical systems. Its overall structure adopts parallel kinematic design and differential drive technology, which can provide precise deflection control of sub-micro-arc for the lens. The full closed-loop version is equipped with a high-precision SGS sensor, which monitors the deflection angle of the stage in real time and feeds it back to the control system, forming a closed-loop regulation to ensure excellent stability under various environmental conditions. It is widely applied in optical instruments, optical measurement, communication technology, and military affairs.

P34.T4S/K-C piezo tip/tilt stage can perform θx and θy deflection, with a deflection angle of ±2.5mrad/ axis. The closed-loop resolution is up to 0.05μrad. The resonant frequency of the lens with a 80mm diameter load is 1.5kHz. It is a tip/tilt stage with large load capacity, high precision and high stability. This tip/tilt stage can meet many strict environmental tests such as GJB151B electromagnetic compatibility tests (CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, RE102, RS103), high and low temperature environmental tests, and mechanical shock tests (gravitational acceleration 20g), and can be applied to more demanding application environments. E80.D3S-R is a 3-channel piezo controller, powered by 24VDC3A, with a bandwidth of 10kHz per channel. It can achieve real-time communication with the upper computer through the LAN network port and supports secondary software development. The upper computer communication software can set parameters such as voltage and displacement, and is suitable for piezo tilt, pitch, yaw and differential drive, etc. This controller can meet many strict environmental tests such as GJB151B electromagnetic compatibility tests (CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, RE102, RS103), high and low temperature environmental tests, mechanical shock tests (gravitational acceleration 20g), and 22.6kPa low-pressure tests (absolute value).
